If your order is not what you expected, Juwelia offers you the guarantee to return your order within 14 days after purchase and receive a refund.

Logically, this is only possible with undamaged jewelry that is preferably returned in the original packaging. Please also ensure sufficient postage on the package. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 days. Both the costs and the risk of shipping (for example, if a package gets lost at PostNL) are at your own expense in case of a return. So, if you want to ensure that the package arrives with us, send your return by registered mail or as a package.

Returns that cannot be identified will, if possible, be returned to the sender. Please note! The return costs are at your own expense.

Note! For hygienic reasons, earrings may not be tried on. Returns that do not comply with this requirement, that are damaged, soiled, or altered, may be refused and will not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered and would like to exchange it for another item, you can! Send a message through the contact form, clearly stating your name and order number, and let us know which item you would prefer (item number). We will then contact you regarding any refund/extra payment and how best to return the received item to us. Any shipping costs associated with this are the responsibility of the customer.

If, unexpectedly, you have a complaint about an article, please contact customer service through the contact form. If the complaint is justified, Juwelia will decide whether to proceed with repair or replacement.

The warranty cannot be claimed if:

• damage caused intentionally or by negligence
• normal wear and tear

Of course, it is important that the bracelet you order actually fits your wrist. For that reason, we have listed a few ways to measure your bracelet size for you.

1. Use an existing bracelet: If you already have an existing bracelet that fits well, you only need to measure that bracelet with a ruler. This way, you can easily measure your bracelet size.
2. Measure the circumference of your wrist: You can measure the circumference of your wrist to find out your bracelet size. The best way to do this is to use a measuring tape. Place it just above the bump above your wrist; this is where the bracelet will sit. Then read off the circumference in centimeters, and you're done!

If you want to know your ring size, there are several ways to find out. We have listed a few for you so that you can easily measure your ring size.

1. Use an already fitting ring: If you already have a ring that fits you well, you can measure it with the diameter of the inside. The number of millimeters is your ring size.
2. Measure with a piece of string: You can also measure your ring size with a piece of string. Take a piece of string and wrap it tightly around your finger. When the ends of the strings meet, make a mark. Then lay the string flat and measure the millimeters with a ruler or protractor.
